Stallmark

Terms of service

Last updated September 26, 2026

These terms cover Stallmark record pages, scannable marks and the owner dashboard, provided by FreeRein AI LLC, a Utah company ("Stallmark", "we"). By creating an account or using a record page you agree to them.

1. What you get

Each record includes a public page, its scannable codes, and a dashboard showing scans, visits, messages and followers. The purchase price of a kit includes the page for the period stated at purchase (for example 12 months). After that period the page stays live only while it is renewed.

2. Renewals and lapsed pages

3. Your content and your data

You own what you put on your records: photos, video, text and documents. You give Stallmark permission to host and display it on your pages and to show it in previews when your pages are shared. You can download your record, messages and followers from your dashboard at any time.

4. If Stallmark changes or stops

If we ever discontinue the service, we will give account holders at least 60 days' notice by email or text and keep data downloads available during that time. We are not obligated to keep hosting pages after the service ends or after a page's paid period ends.

5. Honest records

You agree that what you publish is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to publish it, and that you won't use a record to mislead buyers, list an animal, vehicle or item you don't own or represent, or post someone else's photos without permission. We may pause or remove records that break these rules.

6. Messages and alerts

Visitor messages, alerts and notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis through phones, email and other services we don't control. Don't rely on Stallmark as your only way to be reached about a lost animal or stolen property; contact the police or your local authority as well.

7. No warranties

The service is provided as is. Listing information pulled from other sites (bids, prices, end times) can be delayed or wrong; check the source before you act on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stallmark's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Material changes will be sent to account holders. These terms are governed by Utah law. Questions: text 907-406-5514.
